Participants create their own Colombian emerald ring using pure silver and one standard quality emerald, both included in the session. The workshop provides all necessary tools for crafting the ring. During the session, participants learn about the importance of emeralds in Colombian society and economy. Options to upgrade the emerald or add more stones are available for an additional cost. Gold is not offered in this workshop.

Emerald History and Jewelry District
Colombia produces 60% of the world's emeralds, a tradition dating to pre-Columbian times. The tour begins with an introduction to the emerald's significance for Muisca, Pre-colonial, and Colonial cultures, highlighting its status as the stone of immortality. Next, visitors explore the Jewelry District, the center of precious metals and stones trade, learning about goldsmithing's role in Colombian culture. The visit continues at the local emerald market to observe various qualities and types of emeralds. The main activity involves working with a Master Jeweler to design and create a ring, receiving expert guidance through each step from metalwork to stone setting.
