The tour starts at the shop located 1.5 blocks from the French Quarter, the oldest district in New Orleans. Participants receive a helmet, which must be worn throughout the three-hour ride. The group rides custom electric bikes that provide pedal assistance, allowing riders to cover more ground comfortably and choose how much effort to exert. The route begins with a 15-minute ride through the French Quarter, followed by a 5-minute stop at Jackson Square, a historic city landmark. The tour then continues through the neighborhoods of Marigny, Treme, Bywater, and Bayou St. John.
