Overview

Join Katsuji, a local expert with over 30 years of experience in the food industry, and learn the rich cultural heritage of Japan’s culinary world. Begin in an authentic tearoom in Katsuji’s home and experience a real tea ceremony, relaxing in traditional style while enjoying hand-whisked matcha green tea. Then move into the kitchen and choose your cooking path: make sushi paired with your choice of ramen, kushikatsu, wagyu beef, or tempura. Use only the best ingredients to prepare your dishes from scratch. Enjoy what you create, then take home a cultural souvenir: custom hand-drawn calligraphy made by Katsuji himself.

All group members must choose the same main dish. Please do not book different options for the same session. Please arrive on time to ensure a full experience. For group events with vegetarians and non-vegetarians, please make a reservation at least one week in advance. We're working on a vegetarian version of our ramen, but it may not taste the same as the regular version. If needed, we may serve udon or another Japanese dish instead. Ramen will be prepared using ready-made noodles (noodles will not be made from scratch). Vegetarian/Vegan sushi is available.
