This full-day tour departs from Oahu with an inter-island round-trip flight to Hilo on the Big Island. Upon arrival, the driver-guide provides narration throughout the day, sharing information about the sites visited. The tour includes a visit to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, where guests spend about two hours exploring the area around Kilauea and Mauna Loa, including stops at the active Kilauea volcano and steam vents. The route also follows the 19-mile Chain of Craters Road, though some sections may be closed. Additional stops include Nahuku - Thurston Lava Tube, a cave formed by ancient lava flows, and Akaka Falls State Park, where visitors view a waterfall from a lookout surrounded by jungle.
