Overview

A key highlight of this desert safari near Dubai is the 4x4 dune bashing across the high sand dunes, offering a lively ride guided by an expert driver. The trip lasts about 5 to 7 hours and includes a quad biking session where each participant aged 15 or older gets their own quad bike to ride freely over the desert dunes; children aged 11 to 14 ride in a safe enclosed area, and kids over 3 may ride with parents. After the dune bashing and quad biking, the tour arrives at a large Bedouin-style desert camp located deep in the desert, accessible only by 4x4 vehicles. Here, guests can enjoy camel rides during daylight hours, sandboarding, henna tattoos, and smoking shisha. Three live shows are performed at the camp: belly dancing (except during Ramadan and certain holidays), a fire show, and a Tanoura dance. The evening concludes with a five-course BBQ dinner that includes vegetarian and Jain options, accompanied by unlimited mineral water, tea, coffee, and soft drinks such as Coke and Sprite. The experience begins with pickup from Dubai hotels or central apartments and ends with drop-off at the same locations. Safety and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the tour. Guests who prefer not to take part in dune bashing can opt for a calm safari drive instead. Traditional Arabic welcome refreshments include Arabic coffee, dates, and Emirati sweets. Restroom facilities are available at the camp. Additional Emirati snacks such as chicken shawarma and falafel are offered during the evening.
