This half-day desert safari starts with a pickup from an agreed location in Doha, followed by a one-hour drive to Sealine Beach, located 85 km south of the city. Along the way, travelers see views of Doha, its suburbs, and surrounding countryside. Upon arrival at Sealine Beach, the driver will deflate the vehicle tires in preparation for desert driving. A short camel ride and photo opportunities are available during this stop. The main part of the tour features dune bashing across the desert dunes in a vehicle with air conditioning. The driver can choose routes ranging from fast and bumpy to smooth and casual. After dune bashing, the tour proceeds to Khor Al Udaid, also known as the inland sea, near the Qatar-Saudi Arabian border. Here, visitors can enjoy more photography and views of the white sandy beaches and clear water. The entire tour lasts about four hours. Tea, coffee, bottled water, sandboarding, and a short camel ride are included. Quad biking for 20 minutes on a 250 cc bike is available if the option is selected.
