Overview

This 4-hour motorized tour takes you through the Dominican Republic’s natural landscape in a 4x4 off-road vehicle from Punta Cana. Under the guidance of a local expert, you will drive an ATV through forest paths to reach an organic farm where you can taste Dominican chocolate, coffee, tea, and Mamajuana, a traditional local drink. The tour continues to the Taino Ecological Park and the Cueva de la Aventura, where you have about 20 minutes to swim in a freshwater cenote filled with clear spring water. Itinerary

4x4 Ranch and ATV Introduction

The tour starts with a pickup from the Punta Cana hotel in the morning, noon, or afternoon. Upon arrival at the nearby 4x4 ranch, participants receive a safety briefing and instruction on operating an ATV. Once prepared, they begin an off-road drive through tropical forests and plantations. The route includes a stop at a local farm to taste Dominican chocolate, coffee, Mamajuana rum, and Dominican tea before proceeding to Taino Ecological Park. There, visitors may swim in freshwater springs. The final stop is Macao Beach, a sandy area bordered by limestone cliffs, where there is time to rest before returning to the ranch for hotel drop-off.
