Overview

This three-hour walking tour focuses on the early history and culture of Dubai, starting at Souk Al Seef by Dubai Creek. Participants meet here and begin by exploring local Emirati culture while enjoying views of the creek. The tour continues to Al Fahidi Fort, the city's oldest building, which now houses the Dubai Museum. Here, visitors learn about traditional Arab lifestyles and sip Arabic coffee in a traditional setting. Next, the group takes a traditional abra boat ride across Dubai Creek to the Spice Souk. Along the way and at the souk, there is time for tasting street food, fresh juice, and snacks like Arabic dates and camel milk chocolate. After exploring the Spice Souk for about half an hour, the tour moves to the nearby Gold Souk to see a wide range of jewelry pieces. The afternoon concludes with free time for shopping in the traditional markets. The tour is led by a professional local guide and includes lunch, bottled water, tea, coffee, and the traditional abra boat ride. Pickup service is available if selected.
