The Dubai desert has long been home to Bedouin tribes, and this six-hour 4x4 safari explores the red dunes surrounding the city. After hotel pickup in an air-conditioned luxury 4x4 Jeep, the drive crosses desert plains where the guide explains the area's geology. The first stop is a camel farm where guests can see herds of camels and take a ride around the enclosures while learning about different camel breeds found in the region. Next, the vehicle moves deeper into the desert to a campsite. Here, participants can try sandboarding on the dunes and get henna tattoos on their hands or feet.
