The drive to the desert takes about one hour, during which the guide provides information about Dubai’s history, culture, and landmarks. The first stop is at Lahbab Desert, where there is a 20 to 25-minute break to use the restroom, rest, or optionally ride a quad bike (not included). After the break, the safari continues with approximately one hour of dune bashing, where the vehicle drives over sand dunes to provide an exciting ride. Following dune bashing, guests have time to take photos and relax before trying sandboarding on the dunes. Next, the group moves to a desert camp for about three hours. At the camp, guests can take a brief camel ride and try on traditional Arabic clothing for photos. Henna painting is available, and Arabic coffee, tea, and soft drinks are served.
