This Dubai evening desert safari lasts about seven hours and begins with hotel pickup within Dubai city limits. The tour starts in the Lahbab Desert with a 25 to 30-minute quad bike ride in a large fenced area. After quad biking, participants take a 20-minute 4x4 dune bashing session over the high red dunes, followed by 20 minutes of sand boarding. Another 20-minute dune bashing session occurs before arrival at a traditional Bedouin-style camp. At the camp, guests can take a short camel ride, which can be repeated if desired. They can also interact with falcons and take photos. The camp offers several live shows including an Arabic welcome dance, belly dance (except during Ramadan), Tanoura dance, and fire dance. Additional activities at the camp include sheesha smoking and henna painting for ladies. Dinner is served buffet-style with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian BBQ options, accompanied by unlimited non-alcoholic drinks. After the evening’s activities and dinner, participants are transported back to their hotels within Dubai city limits.
