Tickets are available for 24 hours, 48 hours, or 5 days, each providing unlimited access to hop on and off at various stops. The full loop of the bus route takes approximately 2 hours to 2 hours and 15 minutes to complete. Key stops include major attractions such as Burj Khalifa, Burj Al-Arab, Al Fahidi Fort, Gold Souk, Spice Souk, and areas of Old Dubai. Passengers can disembark at any stop to visit markets, malls, museums, and other points of interest. The 24-hour ticket grants access to the bus service only. The 48-hour and 5-day tickets include entry to The Lost World Aquarium. The 5-day ticket also includes admission to the Dubai Frame, a traditional 1-hour Dhow Creek Cruise with unlimited pizza and soft drinks, and a desert sunset tour. Audio commentary is provided in six languages throughout the ride to offer information about the city and its landmarks. There is no hotel pickup or drop-off service. The bus service accommodates passengers with collapsible wheelchairs if they are accompanied by someone who can assist with boarding and disembarking.
