Dubrovnik’s Old Town served as the main filming location for King’s Landing in the Game of Thrones series. This guided walking tour lasts about two hours and covers key filming sites within the Old Town and the Fort of St. Lawrence. The tour is led by a licensed guide fluent in English or Spanish who is knowledgeable about the show. At the start, participants meet near Pile Gate at the Pile bus stop, where the guide gives an introduction and shares a photo book comparing scenes from the series with real locations. The route includes stops where important scenes were filmed, such as Pile Gate, the Lovrjenac Fortress (Fort of St. Lawrence) which represented the Red Keep, Kolorina Bay (the setting for Blackwater Bay), the streets of the Old Town depicting King’s Landing, and the Church of St. Ignatius of Loyola, site of the Walk of Shame scene. The tour also offers an opportunity to take a photo on a replica of the Iron Throne. Audio headsets are available for groups of four or more, and the guide provides detailed commentary throughout. Entrance fees for the Fort of St. Lawrence are not included but can be purchased on site or covered by a valid Dubrovnik Pass or City Walls ticket. The tour meets at a central location easily accessible by taxi or bus. There is also an option to extend the tour to three hours to include a visit to Lokrum Island, although boat tickets for Lokrum are not included and must be bought separately.

The meeting point is near the Pile bus stop and taxi drop-off, next to the sole newsstand in the area at Brsalje 8. The guide holding an orange umbrella with the Dubrovnik Walks sign welcomes guests. After introductions, the group begins a two-hour walking tour of the Old Town filming locations and Fort of St. Lawrence.
