This is a one-day bus tour. You cannot change the return date. Return-trip: Please arrive at the meet-up location at the ski resort 10 mins before the departure time. Please refrain from drinking alcohol and consuming strong-smelling food on the bus. Smoking is prohibited on the bus. You will receive a lift ticket and coupons for rental equipment at the reception counter. Please exchange them by yourself at the ski resort. The rental service may become very crowded during peak periods such as the year-end and New Year holidays, weekends and public holidays. Please be aware that we may not be able to provide your desired items or sizes. Additionally, please note that the rental process may take a considerable amount of time. The rental fee when using the discount coupon for rental equipment (ski, boots & poles / snowboard gear & boots) is as follows. One snowboard/person is accepted for free. The tour will not run if there are no bookings 10 days prior to the departure date Please leave your baggage in a pay-locker at the ski resort. Arrival and departure times may be delayed due to traffic congestion, weather conditions, or other factors. Taxi or accommodation arrangements cannot be made if the return time is delayed. Property theft, loss, or misplacement often occurs at departure points, arrival points, and rest areas. Loading and unloading on the bus is a free service provided by the crew, and they are not responsible for the custody of your belongings. Please take care of your personal belongings. The tour may be canceled due to traffic congestion, snow conditions, or other reasons. Trip cancellations will be announced at the meeting place. ※No refunds will be provided for travel expenses from your home to the meeting place.
