Elysian Ski Tour FAQ Q: My tour is tomorrow, but I haven’t received bus info. A: Bus details will be sent after 10:00 PM the night before. Please check your spam folder. Q: What if I cannot find the staff? A: Staff will contact you by messaging app on the tour day. WhatsApp is recommended. Q: What if I miss the bus? A: Please go to the ski clothing shop by taxi before 10:30 AM. Address: 81 Seobaek-gil, Chuncheon-si. It takes about 1.5 hrs and costs around KRW 100,000. Or, take the subway to Baegyang-ri Station, then the free resort shuttle bus. Total travel time is about 2.5 hrs. Q: Is luggage storage available? A: Yes. Please inform us 3 business days in advance. Q: Do I need a passport? A: No. If you bring it, please keep it safe. Q: Are restaurants available? A: Yes. Guests with vegetarian, halal, or other dietary needs should bring their own food. All-Lift and Moving Walk are available until 17:00. The Movingwalk and Lift cannot be used for sightseeing or round-trip rides. They may only be used for slope access while wearing full ski or snowboard equipment. The Snow Scenic Lift is for sightseeing purposes only and cannot be used for skiing or snowboarding. Socks, and neck warmers – can be purchased on-site The itinerary may be adjusted depending on weather, traffic, or ski resort conditions. Booking process: Booking → Receive confirmation voucher → Bus information sent by email the night before the tour → Arrive at the selected meeting point on the tour day. One ski instructor may teach approximately 17–20 participants at the same time. The final group size may vary slightly depending on the season and on-site arrangements.
