This 65-minute guided tour in Edinburgh’s Old Town takes visitors through the Edinburgh Gin distillery. The tour begins with an introduction to the history of gin in Edinburgh and the story behind Edinburgh Gin. Guests then explore the Flavour Arch to learn about the botanicals used in the gins and how they influence aroma and taste. The tour continues in the Stillhouse, where the distillation process is explained. It concludes with a tasting session featuring Edinburgh Gin’s London Dry, Full Strength Flavour, and Liqueur varieties, each served with selected mixers and garnishes. Visitors may also have the option to visit the Distillery Bar if space allows, and can browse the Distillery shop for special offers.
