The museum began with a significant collection from the predynastic era and expanded over time to showcase the art and beauty of ancient Egypt. Today, it stands as an international landmark in the study of Egyptian history, second only to Cairo's renowned museum. A visit to the Egyptian Museum is essential for anyone exploring Turin, whether for a brief stay or an extended visit.
