Eland Han River Cruise will not operate if the water freezes in winter Cruise departure times may change or be canceled due to vessel circumstances or weather conditions. In such cases, our CS team will notify you by email. Visit the ticket office after eating and prepare a boarding report (Fill a boarding report and check your ID after visiting the ticket office at least 15 minutes before departure) (Boarding is not allowed without exchanging the boarding pass.) All passengers must complete a boarding form and show identification at the ticket booth to receive a paper ticket. (Mobile tickets are not accepted due to ID verification.) Otherwise, you cannot take the cruise. If you can’t take the ferry because you forgot to take your passport along with you, you will not be refunded. Please note that the buffet restaurant is located on the dock, not on the cruise ship. You will experience the two activities separately The restaurant will hold your reservation for 15 minutes. If you arrive over 15 minutes past your scheduled dining time, you may need to wait in line. Reservation seats for Ashley Queens will be randomly assigned and window seats may not be available. - Ashley Queens Location: 2 Terminals 2F You may pay extra fees for other menus at the restaurant The Banpo Bridge Moonlight Rainbow Fountain Show, a famous Seoul night view attraction, operates only from April to October. It may not operate depending on weather conditions or Seoul city decisions. Electric wheelchairs and electric strollers are not allowed onboard. (Foldable strollers can be brought if folded.) Roads and parking near the area can be very congested on weekends and during the April Spring Flower Festival, so we highly recommend using public transportation. (Reservations cannot be canceled or changed if boarding is missed due to traffic or parking issues.) Please carefully check your reservation date, time, and product, and read all detailed usage instructions. (Directions to Yeouido Deck, ID requirements, Usage instructions, and Cancellation policy) Except for previously announced holidays, cruises operate normally even in rain or snow.
