The BAC must be 0.00% during the experience, this is a legal requirement The rest of the passengers may consume alcohol (up to 2 drinks per person may be taken on board), but any antisocial behaviour or intoxication can lead to the boat being remotely disabled and your booking cut short. No refunds will be given if this happens Life jackets for adults located in the storage compartment on the boat. Life jackets for children and babies are available on request. It is a legal requirement that anybody under 12 years old wear a life jacket at all times while on the boat Fishing and swimming are not allowed from the boat Prohibitions & Limitations Pets are allowed Please be mindful not to feed the marine / wild animals or engage in any activity that may damage the ecosystem What to wear While there is a shade canopy on all boats, it is recommended to bring appropriate sun protection (eg. hat, sunscreen)
