by Argentina Cooking
Buenos Aires is known for its traditional empanadas, and this 3.5-hour cooking class teaches how to make them entirely from scratch, including both the dough and the filling. The class takes place in a local’s home in a quiet residential area, providing a relaxed setting for learning. Participants will also taste mate, a traditional local beverage, and learn about the customs and culture connected to it. This is a hands-on session where attendees prepare the empanadas themselves, so expect to get messy. Bottled water, alcoholic beverages, snacks, breakfast, and lunch are included. Transportation to and from the location is not provided. Changes to the menu can be arranged for dietary restrictions if notified in advance.

After cooking, everyone sits down to eat the meal paired with a glass of Malbec and finishes with a traditional Argentine dessert.
