This 9 and a half hour excursion departs from Santiago de Compostela and explores the southern coast of Galicia known as Rías Baixas. Private air-conditioned transportation is provided throughout the day. The first stop is the Capilla de Nuestra Señora de La Lanzada, a 9th-century chapel located near a well-known Galician beach. Visitors spend about 25 minutes walking around the chapel and learning about its history and moonlight rituals. Next, the tour continues to Combarro, a town on the Ría de Pontevedra bay. Here, visitors walk for approximately 45 minutes through streets and squares to see stone granaries, sea-facing houses, and traditional Galician stone crosses called Cruceiros. The itinerary then leads to Isla de la Toja, an island recognized for its soap production and thermal waters. Visitors spend around 30 minutes visiting a museum of the old soap factory and a chapel covered in shells. Afterward, the group travels to O Grove for a sea tour focusing on mussel, oyster, and scallop farming. The boat tour lasts about 3 hours with multiple stops to observe shellfish watering holes. During the boat trip, participants can taste steamed mussels served with local wine and Creme de Orujo. After the boat tour, there is about 90 minutes of free time for an independent lunch at one of O Grove's many restaurants. The final stop is Cambados, a village known as the center of Albariño wine production.
