Overview

Experience Introduction Having eaten Peking duck for so many years, have you ever visited the roasting process of Peking duck? Would you like to personally carve a Peking duck? Come to me, and I will teach you the most authentic way to roll and eat the most authentic Peking duck. Venue Introduction Experience a different way of eating Peking duck in a 600-year-old renowned restaurant. Experience Process Our experience is scheduled to gather at 11:00 AM or 5:30 PM. I will give you a brief self-introduction and introduce the brand's history. During the serving process, I will take you to the duck roasting room to observe the Peking duck roasting process and the carving process of freshly roasted duck. If you wish, you can also personally participate in carving the duck. Then we will return to the private room to start dining. I will also introduce the dishes to you, and at the same time, I will demonstrate the authentic way to roll Peking duck on site.
