The tour focuses on chasing the Northern Lights by traveling to locations with the best chance to see the Aurora Borealis, depending on weather and aurora activity. Pickup is provided from hotels in downtown Fairbanks. During the tour, the guide drives to different spots to find clear skies and active auroras. A photography service is included, where the guide takes photos of guests and the Northern Lights. These digital photos in JPG format are uploaded to an online link within three days after the tour. Guests should be aware that the tour does not include restroom breaks due to the mobile nature of chasing the lights. Assistance with camera or phone settings is not provided, and the tour does not include a camera workshop. The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon visible in the Fairbanks area from late August through April, but sightings are not guaranteed because weather and aurora conditions can change at any time. Pickup time and location details are sent to guests by email before the tour.
