Upon arrival at Familia Torres Winery, visitors take a one-hour guided tour of the vineyards and the Waltraud winery, an example of avant-garde and bioclimatic architecture. The guide explains the wine-making process, the winery’s sustainability efforts, the recovery of ancestral grape varieties, and regenerative viticulture practices. After the tour, guests enjoy a one-hour gastronomic tapas experience at the winery’s restaurant.
