If you are a student, please present your student ID card. Groups are 20 people or more. For group applications, please use the inquiry form on the felissimo chocolate museum website. We have set a limit on the number of visitors in each time slot to avoid crowding, but there are other customers who check in between 11:00 and 11:30 and 13:30 and 15:00 immediately after opening. There are many people compared to the time of the day. Please use the reception/reservation time as a guide when applying. Depending on the season, some facilities and event venues may be closed. Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
