The class begins inside a restaurant overlooking Piazza Navona, where participants learn how to make traditional Italian fettuccine pasta by hand. Over about two hours, the instructor guides the group through the pasta-making process in a relaxed setting inside Ristorante Tucci, which offers views of the square’s Renaissance fountains and nearby church. After preparing the pasta, participants cook it and choose a sauce to accompany their dish. The meal includes appetizers and a selection of drinks such as alcoholic beverages, bottled water, tea, and coffee. The class takes place entirely indoors with a focus on hands-on pasta preparation and dining with a view of one of Rome’s well-known squares.
