If the weather does not allow, the boat captain and tour guide will have the rights to cancel the snorkeling activity due to safety reasons Jelly bugs are common in the waters but they are usually harmless and their stings will just cause some slight itch While the jellyfish season varies, it usually occurs during the middle of the year or/and end of the year. Be extra careful and inform our guides should you be stung Please be informed that for the Floating Club House (Tour Ticketing), there is an optional free boat transfer short visit to Sapi Island if you wish (Subject to weather condition & minimum participants requirement). However, if you prefer not to, you may remain at the Floating Club House area to stay and relax until the return boat departure. This is entirely optional. Cancellation Policy: Up to 14 days before the tour start date will get Fully refund. Less than 14 days before the tour start date will No refund. No refund will be provided if you do not show up for the tour of the day.
