The following items are prohibited: backpacks/bulky bags. If you bring a backpack, you may miss the tour as there are no storage facilities available. Please note that entry to the Florence Cathedral is subject to a strict dress code. Guests must ensure that their shoulders and knees are covered. Visitors who do not comply with these requirements may be refused entry. The tour involves a fair amount of climbing and many stairs (there is no lift), for this reason we are unable to accommodate passengers with mobility issues. A good level of fitness is required to participate to this tour. Please note that, under exceptional circumstances and because of religious festivities, access to the Duomo (Cathedral) might be restricted to visitors. In this case the tour will be cancelled and we will process a full refund. Please note the climbing of the terraces and Dome are not suitable if you suffer from claustrophobia, as spaces are very narrow.
