The menu is chosen together at the start of the class based on participants’ preferences. Some classes include making cheese from scratch for the preparations. Fillings may include cheese, braised meat, vegetables, or fish. The class includes making pasta and sauce entirely by hand, with no cooking demonstration only. After the class, participants share a meal together to eat the pasta they prepared. Bottled water and alcoholic beverages are provided. The chef leads the session throughout, and online recipes are supplied after the class. Specific dietary restrictions, especially allergies to garlic, onion, gluten, eggs, or lactose, must be communicated in advance as the class cannot accommodate gluten-free, egg-free, or lactose-free diets.
