The workshop lasts about three hours and fifteen minutes and takes place in a villa on the hills above Florence. Francesca, known as Francy, learned fresh pasta making from her grandmother and started this workshop in 2017. She now leads the experience with a team of hosts including Gaia, Luisa, and Tommaso. Participants use provided cooking tools in a bright, art-filled house-studio to prepare fresh pasta and gnocchi. The session includes both lunch and dinner, featuring the dishes made during the workshop. Bottled water, snacks, tea, coffee, and alcoholic beverages are served throughout the event.
