Overview

The tour begins at Protaras Pier where travelers board the boat for a cruise along Cyprus’s eastern coast. The boat passes the Pernera Fishing Shelter, home to traditional fishing boats and the chapel of Agios Nikolaos, which serves as the second pick-up point. Next, the cruise moves along the Protaras Coastal Promenade, passing beaches like Fig Tree Bay and areas near Cape Greco National Forest Park. The itinerary includes a short stop at Konnos Bay for about 30 minutes of swimming; diving from the boat at this spot is not allowed due to turtle habitats. Later, the boat arrives at the Blue Lagoon for a second 30-minute swim and snorkeling stop, where diving is permitted from both the upper and lower decks. Throughout the cruise, passengers can observe natural landmarks such as Kamara Tou Koraka bridge and the cliffside Agioi Anargyroi Chapel, which is known for diving opportunities and a cave with holy water beneath it. This boat tour lasts about 2 hours and 45 minutes and includes life jackets, on-board WiFi, multilingual brochures, all fees and taxes, and restroom facilities on board. Snorkeling gear, drinks, and snacks are not included but can be purchased on the boat. The boat travels through several bays and coves, providing opportunities to snorkel or dive near turtles and explore clear waters and cliffs along the coastline. The tour is not recommended for individuals prone to seasickness.
