Los Planes-Hiking-Start
The tour begins at 6 am with a 4×4 pickup from the office (confirm pickup details if the hotel is not nearby). After a 40-minute drive, the group arrives at Los Planes station where the hike starts. The hike covers approximately 18-20 km through wild and untouched areas of Corcovado, featuring an ancient forest over 4000 years old. Along the trail, participants will see a waterfall, cross rivers suitable for cooling off and swimming, and navigate uneven terrain with obstacles like streams and fallen trees. Lunch is served in the jungle, and the tour concludes around 3-4 pm. This option focuses on experiencing the jungle environment rather than wildlife observation and requires good physical condition.
