Overview

Iguazu Falls, located on the Argentine side, is a large system of 275 waterfalls recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This full-day bus tour lasts about 8 to 10 hours and includes hotel pick-up and drop-off from Puerto Iguazu. The tour begins with a drive from your hotel to Iguazu National Park, accompanied by a bilingual guide who helps identify local wildlife such as toucans, parrots, and coatis within the subtropical forest. Upon arrival, you enter the park with your entrance ticket (entrance fee not included) and explore the extensive network of footbridges that bring you close to the waterfalls. You will board the ecological train to reach the viewing platform at Garganta del Diablo (Devil’s Throat), the largest and most powerful waterfall in the park. The guide may adjust the order of visits to avoid crowds, prioritizing less busy areas if the train is crowded. After visiting the Devil’s Throat, the tour continues along either the lower or upper circuit. The lower circuit offers a walk through the forest near the falls, where you can experience the jungle's humidity and sounds. The upper circuit provides panoramic views from above several of the main waterfalls, with elevated walkways over the drop lines. There is free time for lunch (not included) during the visit. After the sightseeing, the bus returns you to your hotel in Puerto Iguazu. An optional boat ride near the falls can be booked separately for a closer view of the waterfalls. The itinerary may change based on operational conditions.
