The Gansbaai Shark Cage Diving 4.5-Hour Tour with Meals Included begins with a meeting point in Gansbaai, South Africa. The group boards a boat where guests receive wetsuits, booties, and masks for the dive. The tour limits the number of participants to 22 to allow sufficient time in the cage and personalized attention from the guides. The boat heads out to shark-rich waters for cage diving sessions lasting several intervals during the 4.5-hour tour. Breakfast, lunch, snacks, tea, and coffee are served on board throughout the trip. The operator has maintained a 100% safety record over 22 years and supports shark research and conservation through a Non-Profit Shark & Marine Research Institute. Transportation from Cape Town is not included but can be arranged separately for an additional fee. Shark sightings cannot be guaranteed due to natural conditions. If no sharks are seen, no refunds are given, but a voucher valid for two years is provided for a free return trip, excluding transportation costs.

Upon your arrival at our crew house, a warm welcome awaits you along with a light breakfast. Our expert crew members will then provide you with a comprehensive safety briefing. We then embark on a scenic 20-minute boat ride to reach the dive site. As we drop anchor, our floating cage is attached to the side of the boat. You will be provided with diving gear. Guests take turns immersing themselves in the incredible world beneath the surface. Inside the 8-man cage, you'll have the opportunity to come face-to-face with awe-inspiring Great White and Bronze Whaler Sharks. You may also encounter other fascinating marine species such as Rays and Sun Fish. For those not currently in the cage, the adventure continues onboard. Take a moment to relax and savor refreshing onboard beverages while enjoying sightings of sharks and other magnificent marine creatures from the spacious viewing deck of the boat. As the anchor is lifted, our skilled skipper guides us back to the dock, marking the end of an unforgettable experience. Upon returning to our crew house, guests are invited to indulge in a delicious post-trip meal while reliving their extraordinary journey through captivating video footage.
