Ticket: How to redeem - Enter the venue directly with your voucher - Note: Do not link your ticket in advance, as it may expire before use. Please link it to the Genting Skyworlds app only on the day of your visit and after passing the turnstile - Redemption location: SkyAvenue Gateway at Level G, SkyAvenue (near Jom Makan) - Entry process: On your visit date, scan your booking voucher at the entrance turnstile. Then link the ticket to the Genting SkyWorlds App and complete biometric (fingerprint) registration to enter the park - Virtual Queue (VQ) reservations: Once your ticket is scanned and linked in the app, you can book VQ slots for rides and attractions on the same day !infographic - Refer to the official tutorial videos if you are having difficulties in using Genting SkyWorlds mobile app - Do not add the voucher to digital wallets (e.g. Apple Wallet or Samsung Pay)

If inclement weather occurs between 11:00-14:59, you'll receive a free ticket for your next visit. If it occurs between 15:00-16:59, you'll receive 50% off your next visit ticket To redeem the Rainy Day Guarantee: Download the Genting SkyWorlds mobile app, register your tickets, and enable notifications A notification will be sent if the Rainy Day Guarantee is activated Keep your original tickets and/or the confirmation email if you booked online. You'll need these for your return visit Check Genting SkyWorlds mobile app or website for opening times, any capacity restrictions, and availability of attractions before your return visit. Bring your original ticket(s), receipt(s) and a valid NRIC/Passport (copies are not accepted) Present your documents at the ticket counter. Genting SkyWorlds will verify your tickets to ensure they haven't been used for a second free visit. After validation, a new ticket(s) will be issued, and you can enter the theme park

Admission Policy For Standard Ticket holders: Ticket scanning and facial registration at the dedicated Exit turnstile are required for same‑day re‑entry to Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park. Facial images are securely converted into unique binary codes, used exclusively for re‑entry verification Re-entry is allowed. Link your ticket to the Genting SkyWorlds App, or keep your physical ticket if not using the app for re-entry Only original and valid Tickets will be recognised at the Entrances. Entry will be denied if Your Ticket is damaged, torn, duplicated, photocopied or forged. We reserve our right to take actions against any person holding Tickets which are suspected to be obtained by fraud or illegally You shall enter or re-enter the Genting SkyWorlds TP through the turnstiles at Studio Plaza, SkyAvenue Gateway or any other entrances that may be determined by Us (“Entrances”) during the operating hours of the day Due to safety and security concerns, all of your bags, parcels, clothing and any other items or personal belongings may be subject to screening/security checks at the entrances and/or any part(s) of the Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park (which may be repeatedly conducted at different areas) During exit, Standard Ticket Holders must provide explicit consent and complete facial image registration at the turnstile. Your image is securely converted into a non‑reversible code for re‑entry verification. Guests who do not register or provide consent will be denied re‑entry. Handstamps are only issued if your biometric registration cannot be completed for acceptable reasons.
