Overview

Ghibli Park in Aichi Prefecture showcases three main areas dedicated to Studio Ghibli: Ghibli's Grand Warehouse, Valley of Witches, and Mononoke Village. This full-day bus tour from Nagoya includes a Ghibli Park O-Sanpo Day Pass Standard that grants entry to these three sections. Entry to Ghibli's Grand Warehouse is restricted to a one-hour window between 10:00 and 10:59, and visitors must present the voucher and passport provided on the day for admission. Guests can spend about five hours exploring the park independently, taking photos, shopping for souvenirs, and enjoying a bento box lunch with a drink inside Expo 2005 Commemorative Park or possibly on the bus depending on traffic conditions. After Ghibli Park, the tour continues with a visit to one of three museums in Aichi Prefecture, which varies by the day of the week and changes from June 2026. Until May 2026, the Aichi Museum of Flight is visited on Mondays and Fridays through Sundays; the Toyota Automobile Museum on Wednesdays; and the Seto-Gura Museum on Tuesdays and Thursdays. From June 2026, the Aichi Museum of Flight will be closed, and the Toyota Automobile Museum will be visited on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, while the Seto-Gura Museum remains on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Each museum visit lasts about 40 minutes. The Aichi Museum of Flight features exhibits including the YS-11 aircraft and a full-scale Zero Fighter model. The Toyota Automobile Museum displays around 150 cars from various eras worldwide. The Seto-Gura Museum covers the history of Seto ware pottery with a large collection and a recreated 20th-century town on its second floor. A National Government Licensed Guide Interpreter accompanies the tour except inside Ghibli Park. The total duration of the tour is approximately 8.5 hours. Note that several areas within Ghibli Park, including the World Emporium in Hill of Youth, Satsuki and Mei's House in Dondoko Forest, The Okino Residence, Howl's Castle, and The House of Witches, cannot be entered on this tour.
