Present your booking voucher with a Booking ID starting with "RS" at the Gimyujeong Rail Bike ticket office to exchange it for a physical ticket. Ticket availability is confirmed within 48 hours, and a full refund will be issued if your selected slot is sold out. Please arrive at the ticket office 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Guests booking the 12:00 PM session must arrive strictly before 12:00 PM to avoid staff lunch break absences. Rail bikes operate on strict schedules; late arrivals or no-shows cannot board, refund, or reschedule under any circumstances. Rides operate rain or shine, and a 100% refund is issued only if the operator officially cancels due to severe weather. Rail bikes are available in 2-seater and 4-seater options, and maximum capacities cannot be exceeded. Children and elderly guests must board with an adult guardian. Infants under 36 months are generally restricted unless a guardian signs a safety waiver at the ticket office and holds the infant during the ride. For safety, maintain a distance of at least 20 meters from other bikes, keep hands and feet clear of rotating wheels and chains, and refrain from sudden stops, jumping off, drinking, or smoking. You can reach the site via the Gyeongchun Line to Gimyujeong Station, or the ITX-Cheongchun train to Chuncheon plus a quick taxi ride.
