Overview

The tour highlights several scenic overlooks of the Grand Canyon, including the East Rim and South Rim, where participants spend about two hours. Along the way, the coach stops at Sunset Crater Volcano National Monument to view lava flow fields from Arizona’s most recent volcanic eruption for around 30 minutes. Another 30-minute stop is made at Wupatki National Monument to see ancient Native American ruins. The tour also includes a stop at the historic Cameron Trading Post for 30 minutes, located in the Navajo Nation. After visiting the canyon’s overlooks, there is about 45 minutes of free time at Grand Canyon Village. The route includes a drive past the San Francisco Peaks, offering additional scenic views. The entire tour lasts between nine and eleven hours depending on the departure city and includes hotel pickup and drop-off within Sedona or Flagstaff city limits. Water is provided throughout the trip, but lunch and government fees are not included. Guests must bring their own car seat or booster if required by law, as children eight years old and younger must use these seats. Hotel information must be submitted 72 hours before the tour date. The tour departs Sedona between 7:00 and 7:30 AM and returns around 6:00 to 6:30 PM, or departs Flagstaff between 8:00 and 8:30 AM and returns about 5:00 to 5:30 PM. Non-U.S. residents aged 16 and older have an additional fee for national park entry, payable before the tour with valid ID for residency verification.
