Overview

This full-day bus tour from Las Vegas covers the Grand Canyon West Rim, including a photo stop at the Hoover Dam and an optional visit to the Grand Canyon Skywalk. The journey begins with hotel pickups followed by a drive through Arizona's Joshua Tree Forest. After approximately three hours on the bus, the first major stop is the Mike O'Callaghan - Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge at Hoover Dam, where passengers have 30 minutes to stretch and take photos, including views of the Colorado River. Next, the tour reaches Grand Canyon West, where guests have four hours to explore. Highlights include Eagle Point, named for the rock formation shaped like an eagle in flight, which also hosts the Skywalk - a glass bridge that extends over the canyon rim (accessible if the Skywalk option is selected). Visitors can also see the Indian Village with Native American exhibits and live cultural demonstrations. Guano Point offers views over the Colorado River and the old guano mine, as well as lunch options. The nearby Hualapai Ranch presents exhibits and representatives sharing the culture and history of the Hualapai Tribe. An optional helicopter upgrade is available, which includes a flight down 4,000 feet into the canyon with a 20-minute landing near the Colorado River. The return trip to Las Vegas follows the same route, with commentary from the guide. The bus is climate controlled and equipped with reclining seats, video monitors, restrooms, and large windows. Bottled water is provided, and lunch is included if selected. Hotel pickup and drop-off at selected hotels are part of the package.
