Overview

This three-hour small-group e-bike tour on Grand Cayman follows quiet coastal paths and secluded mangrove forest trails. The guide is a professional naturalist who provides information about the island's tropical plants, wildlife, history, and culture throughout the ride. The tour includes the use of electric bikes and helmets. There are 10 to 12 short stops along the route for exploration and photos. The first stop is Seven Mile Beach, where the guide explains the island's history and geological features while participants enjoy the beach view for about five minutes. The tour then visits a historic Cayman cemetery, discussing the reasons for its unique location and design. Next, riders see Old Homestead, a group of traditional Caymanian cottages, and learn about life on the island a century ago. A five-minute stop at Heritage Kitchen follows, a local spot known for its traditional Caymanian fish fry, near the former site of the USS Kittiwake, a World War II submarine support ship. The tour continues to Hell, a well-known rock formation, where there is a fifteen-minute stop to view the area and optionally send a postcard from Hell’s post office. Afterward, the route passes along Conch Point Road at the northern tip of the island, where riders experience the cooling trade wind breeze and a more local side of West Bay. Barker's National Park is the next stop, with about twenty minutes to explore isolated beaches and learn about the park’s ecological features. The final stop is at a dock overlooking North Sound, where participants can rest for five minutes, enjoy the water view, and hear about nearby local restaurants. The guide leads the entire route and provides commentary at every stop.
