The tour is available year-round and welcomes groups of friends and families, with a minimum age of 7 years, except in winter months (December to March) when the recommended minimum age is 12. Swimming skills are not mandatory since life jackets can be provided. Transport from hotels is not included. Participants must have a moderate level of fitness, and guides may exclude anyone considered unsafe for the activity. Professional canyoning shoes are not provided but can be rented upon prior request by submitting shoe size; otherwise, participants should bring their own suitable sport shoes.
