With a total construction area of 75,000 square meters, it maintains a constant temperature of -4 to -6 degrees Celsius year-round and operates all year. It is a large indoor professional ski resort globally and a super-large indoor ski resort in South China. Ticket Booking Tips
1. How to choose tickets?
Hot Snow Miracle is divided into a snow entertainment area and a skiing area, with tickets sold separately for the two areas. Snow entertainment tickets include ice amusement equipment experiences, such as: ice bumper cars, ice bicycles, flower sea snow tubes, etc.; skiing tickets allow you to experience skiing, divided into 3-hour skiing, 4-hour skiing, and unlimited skiing. Please refer to the product instructions for specific slope rights. Beginners are advised to choose 3-hour beginner skiing. If you need to experience both skiing and snow entertainment, you can choose the 4-hour (skiing + snow entertainment) all-access product.
2. How do adults and children buy tickets?
a. Hot Snow Miracle tickets are the same price for adults and children, with no free tickets or preferential tickets.
B. Snowsuit sizes: The smallest snowsuit size is 70cm, and the largest is 220cm;
C. Snow boot sizes: The smallest snowboard boot is size 27, the largest is size 48. The smallest ski boot is size 20, the largest is size 49. The smallest snow entertainment boot is size 20, the largest is size 47.
3. Do tickets include equipment?
Hot Snow Miracle tickets include equipment. Snow entertainment includes snowsuit/snow boots/helmet/locker. Skiing includes snowsuit/ski boots/skis/helmet/locker. Ski boards are divided into single board and double board, choose one upon entry and cannot be changed midway. Note: For personal hygiene, equipment does not include close-fitting gloves, socks, face masks, etc.
4. Ticket collection process:
Collect tickets at the self-service ticket machine or manual ticket counter with a valid personal ID (including ID card, passport, Home Return Permit, Hong Kong and Macao ID card, etc.) or ticket collection SMS. (Note: Self-service ticket machines distinguish between snow entertainment ticket collection and skiing ticket collection, please pay attention to the distinction.)

Guangzhou Resnow Miracle Date Definition: Off-season: Dates other than shoulder season and peak season Shoulder season: Monday to Friday during the summer vacation (July 1st - August 31st); Saturday to Sunday outside of summer vacation and statutory holidays with compensatory days off; the 10 days before and 7 days after the Spring Festival statutory holidays with compensatory days off; Christmas week December 19th - 27th. Peak season: During national legal holidays and adjusted days off, and from Saturday to Sunday during the summer vacation. 2. Guangzhou Hot Snow Miracle provides ski suits, ski boots, helmets, skis, ski poles (only for double boards), lockers (including wristbands), and snow cards free of charge without a deposit. If there is any damage or loss, compensation will be made according to the prices announced by the ski resort. 3. After entering the ski resort, please keep and carry your ski card with you. You need to present your ski card to collect and return equipment. The ski card must be recycled when leaving the ski resort. [Play Instructions] 1. With the snow card, you can choose to collect single-board or double-board skiing equipment. Exchanges are not supported after collection. 2. The venue has ski trails of varying difficulty, including beginner, intermediate, and advanced slopes. Beginners skiing on intermediate or advanced slopes are prone to sports injuries. Additionally, the venue features areas such as jumps, kickers, props, and terrain parks, which require advanced skiing skills to use. Please choose your activities carefully based on your skiing ability, ensure you stay within your skill level while playing, and pay attention to skiing safety. 5. Please wear a ski helmet throughout the entire process. It is recommended to bring and wear safety protective gear such as gloves, goggles, face masks, wrist guards, elbow pads, back protectors, knee pads, and hip pads to minimize the risk of injury. 6. Please select ski equipment suitable for your skill level. Before skiing, you need to check whether the rented ski equipment is in good condition, whether the pressure value of the double-board release mechanism matches your height, weight, and shoe size, whether the release torque value of the double-board binding is appropriate, and whether the angle and spacing of the single-board binding are appropriate. If it is not suitable, you should promptly inform the staff of the reason and request adjustment or replacement. 7. It is recommended that beginners hire a ski instructor for guidance before going on the slopes. Ski instruction services are available on-site; please purchase as needed. 8. To avoid unnecessary disputes, please do not engage in the following behaviors: (1) Playing outside the scope of product benefits (including regions, projects, etc.), conducting ski instruction without prior registration or permission from the ski resort, commercial filming, online live streaming, private selling, acquiring or purchasing goods/services for resale purposes, or improper use for other purposes. (2) Allowing others to use one's product rights through transfer, resale, or lending, etc. (3) Any dangerous, illegal, or offensive behavior exists (4) Acts that seriously affect the normal operation of the ski resort and seriously endanger the personal and property safety of others. (5) Other improper conduct In the event of the above, the ski resort has the right to take all or part of the following measures at any time without bearing liability for compensation or other breaches of contract: (1) You will be added to the tourist blacklist, including the Guangzhou Resnow Miracle blacklist (you will not be able to enter Guangzhou Resnow Miracle), the Resnow Miracle brand blacklist (you will not be able to enter Resnow Miracle ski resorts and other cooperative ski resorts in various locations), and the industry alliance blacklist. (2) Revoke, invalidate, or freeze your products and benefits; any unused remaining period/fees will not be extended, postponed, or refunded. (3) A penalty of 30% of the order amount will be charged. If the penalty is insufficient to cover the losses, further recovery will be pursued. 9. Smoking is prohibited in the ski resort (including tobacco products, e-cigarettes, or other smoke-producing products). To create a pleasant recreational environment, please do not smoke in the ski resort, otherwise, the ski resort will add you to the tourist blacklist, and you will be prohibited from entering the park for 15 days. 10. If any abnormalities or malfunctions occur during the operation of facilities and equipment within the ski resort, they will need to be shut down for inspection. This may result in the temporary suspension or closure of some facilities and equipment without prior notice. In such cases, no ticket extensions or refunds will be provided. 11. Due to factors such as capacity, severe weather, special events, safety, or order, the operating hours of the ski resort or the availability of recreational activities may be adjusted accordingly. Please refer to the actual announcement made by the ski resort on the day of your visit. 12. Please cooperate with security checks before entering. Do not bring flammable, explosive, or dangerous items, state-controlled equipment, or items with safety hazards. Personal selling by tourists is prohibited within the ski resort, and please do not bring excessive items. Outside food, beverages, drinking water, and other food items (except infant food) may cause food hygiene and safety issues; please consume them before entering. 13.
