The workshop begins with a welcome herbal ginger root and peach tea, and snacks are provided during the class. Attendees taste each coffee style as they learn to make it. Experienced coffee experts guide the participants throughout the workshop. A recipe book is included so participants can recreate the coffee recipes at home, along with free digital coffee books related to the workshop. A professional certificate can be requested after completion. Hotel pickup and drop-off within Hanoi’s Old Quarter is available as an optional service.
