Cycling along the Red River banks, the route passes rural farmland and leads to a local family’s bonsai garden, where participants can observe the art of bonsai and talk with the family through the guide. The tour continues to a local wet market, then pauses at Lotus Lake to taste sugarcane juice or other local drinks. Next is a visit to Co Loa Ancient Citadel, dating back to 200 BC, where guests learn about the site's role in defending Vietnam against foreign invaders. Afterwards, the group cycles to Hoi Phu village, known for traditional broomstick making, watching artisans craft broomsticks from broom grass. The ride concludes with a stop at a local restaurant for lunch, followed by a chance to try Hanoi’s Egg Coffee.
