The first Hard Rock Cafe opened in London in 1971 by Isaac Tigrett and Peter Morton with a three-month lease. Now operating in over 63 countries, the franchise includes cafes, casinos, and hotels, displaying a large collection of music memorabilia worldwide. At the Honolulu location, guests can order from the Acoustic Menu, selecting one entrée such as Classic Smashed Burger, Sandwiches, Salads, or Chef’s Dessert, with a choice of tea, coffee, or soda. The Electric Menu offers a starter salad, one entrée including Classic Smashed Burger, Sandwiches, Salads, or Specialty Entrees (excluding Cowboy Ribeye and Steaks), dessert options of Brownie or New York Cheesecake, and a beverage choice of coffee, tea, or soft drink.
