The lunch takes place at the Cristofoli Winery in Bento Goncalves, Brazil, within the Faria Lemos wine-growing region. Guests spend about one hour and forty-five minutes dining on family recipes prepared on-site, including breads, pastas, meats, and sauces. Each dish is harmonized with a wine produced by the Cristofoli family. Family members remain present throughout the meal to share the history of the winery and to introduce their wines and sparkling wines. The lunch includes alcoholic beverages but does not provide carbonated drinks.

Delicious harmonized meal served in our restaurant in the middle of the vineyard! We created a menu inspired by our Mothers' recipes and contemporary cuisine, always combined with a selection of our wines! We will welcome you in our Wine Store and then direct you to the Restaurant so you can enjoy your harmonized meal. Our team is always available to tell you several stories about our Family and our place, in addition to all the explanations about the Wines and Sparkling Wines that we will pair during the experience! The Harmonized Lunch service is divided into four stages with a choice of one dish in each; welcome, first course, main course and dessert. During lunch we will pair our wines and sparkling wines seeking the best experience. We will also have house still water and whole grape juice available. IMPORTANT: Any food allergy or intolerance must be communicated immediately at the time of booking, as we may not be able to change menu items at the time of the meal. Menu items may be changed without prior notice depending on availability.
