✨A Dream of Splendor in Tokyo: An Enchanting Encounter in Spring✨ Dream of Tokyo: A Grand Song Dynasty is divided into the following acts: Overture - Yu Meiren, Prosperous Scenery - Zui Dongfeng, Prosperous Tenderness - Die Lianhua, Prosperous Extravagance - Qi Tianle, Prosperous Heroism - Man Jianghong, Finale - Shui Diao Getou. Using eight classic Song Dynasty poems and their artistic conceptions, such as "Yu Meiren," "Zui Dongfeng," "Die Lianhua," and "Man Jianghong," as clues, it outlines the historical picture of the Northern Song Dynasty's capital, Tokyo. It is a historical reproduction of "Along the River During the Qingming Festival" and "The Dream of Tokyo," vividly showcasing the prosperity of Bianliang, the capital of the Northern Song Dynasty. Overture - Yu Meiren: The overture begins with young actors releasing chrysanthemum lanterns into the water, using Li Yu, the last ruler of the Southern Tang Dynasty's poem, "How much sorrow can there be? Just like a river of spring water flowing eastward," to imply the establishment of the Great Song Dynasty, signifying the beginning of a glorious era. Zui Dongfeng: It restores the cityscape of Tokyo, with vendors, literati, officials, monks, and playful children appearing before your eyes. The sounds of suona horns, firecrackers, and vendors' cries rise and fall, showcasing the prosperity of the folk life during the Northern Song Dynasty. Die Lianhua: It showcases the romance and vitality of the Northern Song Dynasty with Han and Tang dance styles. Energetic young girls are frolicking, laughing, and playing, while a couple about to separate confide in each other, fully displaying the artistic conception of "I never regret that my clothes are becoming loose, for I am wasting away for her." Qi Tianle: It showcases the magnificent scene of all nations coming to pay tribute during the heyday of the Northern Song Dynasty. Japanese samurai, Arab caravans, Jewish merchants, and others gather, all paying their respects in their own unique ways. The magnificent architecture highlights the luxury of the imperial palace and the majesty of the Great Song Dynasty. Man Jianghong: As the climax of the performance, cannons roar, and the stage is filled with red. 200 real torches and more than 500 blowers create a huge fire formation. From roadside residences to the imperial palace, the fire "burns" into one piece. The soldiers' shouts and the constantly waving flags vividly demonstrate Yue Fei's heroic ambition to resist the Jin invaders. Finale - Shui Diao Getou: The song "When will the moon be clear and bright? I raise my cup to ask the sky" sounds, the time tunnel opens, combining ancient and modern times. Young actors hold chrysanthemum lanterns, symbolizing the inheritance of history, conveying people's expectations and wishes for a better life. A perfect fusion of culture and art, it uses brilliant stories, clever arrangements, and rich emotions to take the audience through a thousand years of time, appreciate the unparalleled elegance of the Great Song Dynasty, and leave people with endless aftertaste.
