This tour includes a guided hike up Mount Liamuiga Volcano, the highest peak on St. Kitts. The entire activity lasts about five and a half hours, with at least three and a half hours spent actively hiking through the rainforest. The trail passes through diverse tropical plants and natural landscapes while hikers hear birds, crickets, and Vervet monkeys. The route is physically demanding and provides a challenging workout in a natural setting. A local guide leads groups of up to six guests, offering information about the island’s tropical ecosystem throughout the hike. The tour includes air-conditioned transportation within predefined areas, bottled water, snacks, and carbonated drinks. Transportation to and from the hike is provided within set locations, but lunch and alcoholic beverages are not included. Additional transport fees apply for pickups at Park Hyatt and Reggae Beach Pier if the group has fewer than four participants. The hike requires good physical fitness. Guests should inform the operator of any major health issues before participating. Asthmatic travelers may join if they bring necessary medication. Those with hip or knee problems are advised not to take this tour.
