This lounge access provides entry to the Plaza Premium Lounge located within the restricted departures area of Hong Kong International Airport. The lounge operates with enhanced hygiene and social distancing measures. Guests can use the Smart Order system, a contactless food ordering service accessed by scanning a QR code at their seat. This allows ordering main dishes from the app menu without leaving the seat or queuing. Servers deliver the food directly to the guest’s seat. The lounge offers a range of non-alcoholic drinks, a buffet with hot and cold food, comfortable seating, Wi-Fi, international TV channels, newspapers, magazines, and flight information screens. Shower facilities are also available for use. Signature items include Hong Kong-style fish ball noodle soup and premium XO sauce redeemable through the Smart Traveller app. Access is for 3 to 12 hours depending on the ticket.
