If you arrive later than the time stated, your booking will be considered no-show and no refunds will be granted This activity may be canceled in cases of inclement weather. You will be given the option of booking an alternative time, or an alternative activity (subject to availability) The price listed is for 2 people (couple) The one time hot air balloon ride is ideally for a couple (2 adults with maximum of 150kg total weight) Each guest who enjoys a hot air balloon ride will receive a photography session with one result complimentary and a hot air balloon certificate to take home This activity is subject to weather and wind permitting, there will be a possibility of cancellation for safety reasons. If the ride is canceled due to weather, there will be no charge to the travel partner Should the hot air balloon is not able to fly, passengers will be given two alternative compensations to choose from: a 60-minute Balinese massage for two or rescheduling the flight from the morning session to the afternoon session.
